Contractor quotes are hard to get. We've designed a websight to pool all request into one place for all contractors to see. Years ago the Federal Government realized if they publicly posted all request for bids they would get multible bids at more competative rates. This is what we are tring to accomplish. Our sister company is a large management company in the Toledo area and they also have a hard time getting contractor bids in a timly manner. By notifing contractors that this site is here and that they can print specifications for each request for bid we will make it easier for them to bids more jobs that they might not have known about, which in turn will get your association more bids. More contractors competing for your bid will result in lower prices for each project. We realize not always is the lowest bidder the best quote. Each submitted quote must be weighed by the association board.

Below is a link to request a "Bid for Work". Each project needs some specifications as to what your association needs and expects. The form for each type of project will be         e-mailed to you asking detailed questions for you to fill out. By filling out a request with a couple simple questions we can e-mail you the correct "Specifications" form to fill out.
